Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. has announced an update to the terms and conditions of the NEXT FUNDS Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index Exchange Traded Fund (Code:1343) as follows:

Upper limit of the trust principal will be raised from 200 billion yen to 400 billion yen.
