Amendments to the terms and conditions of the trust deeds for NEXT FUNDS Bloomberg Barclays US Intermediate Corporate Index (JPY Hedged) Exchange Traded Fund (2554): Shortening of settlement cycle from T+3 to T+2

Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. will implement the following amendments to the terms and conditions of the trust deeds for the NEXT FUNDS Bloomberg Barclays US Intermediate Corporate Index (JPY Hedged) Exchange Traded Fund (Code: 2554). These changes will take effect from August 5, 2019. Because the settlement cycle for stocks and other securities changed from T+3 to T+2, we have included the following amendments for the convenience of current and prospective investors.

For both the creation and redemption of the aforementioned ETF, the time limit for application will be amended from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
