Nomura Asset Management hereby announces that it has decided to change the name of the abovementioned ETF and the basic terms and conditions of the trust deed as follows.

[Description of and Reason for the Change]
As the name of the index which the abovementioned ETF tracks is changed on August 24, 2021, the name of the ETF (which includes the name of the index) and the name of the index described in the basic terms and conditions of the trust deed will be changed accordingly.

[Procedures for Change of Terms and Conditions and Written Resolution]
Since this change does not constitute a significant change to the terms and conditions of the agreement, a written resolution will not be applied.
