Nomura Asset Management Co., Ltd. hereby announces that we have decided to change the names of and amend the basic terms and conditions of the trust deed of the following ETFs.

The rate by which NAV per unit on the business day following the subscription date is multiplied will be lowered from 100.10% to 100.05%. - b.Amount to be retained in trust assets at time of redemption:
The rate by which NAV on the business day following the day of the redemption is multiplied will be lowered from 0.10% to 0.05%.
- a.Subscription price per unit at the time of creation:
- 3.Cash receipt date for cancellation
The cash receipt date will be changed from being "in principle, the sixth business day from the redemption application day" to "in principle, the fifth business day from the redemption application day". - 4.Upper limit of the trust principal
The upper limit of the trust principal will be raised from 500 billion yen to 1 trillion yen. - 5.Creation units and redemption units of beneficial interests

The units for applications for creation or redemption of beneficial interests will be changed from "20,000 shares or more" to "2,000 shares or more". - b.NEXT FUNDS DJIA (Unhedged) Exchange Traded Fund (1546):
The units for applications for creation or redemption of beneficial interests will be changed from "2,000 shares or more" to "500 shares or more".
- a.NEXT FUNDS NASDAQ-100(R) (Unhedged) Exchange Traded Fund (1545):
- *The above changes will apply to creation or redemption applications on or after March 15, 2022.
- **The subscription price and the amount to be retained in the trust assets in (2), the cash receipt date in (3), and each application unit in (5) are not applicable to trading on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Reason for changes
These changes are being made to improve convenience for beneficiaries and in consideration of the status of investment management.
Written resolution and procedures for amendments of terms and conditions
Since these amendments to the terms and conditions do not constitute a significant change to the terms of the agreement, there will be no written voting.
